Course cancellation of 21 days or less forfeits the course fees.
Course cancellation of greater than 21 days allows for 100 % of the fees paid to be refunded.
Shifting to alternative course start dates with greater than 21 days’ notice is done without charge.
Shifting to alternative course start dates with 21 days or less notice can attract a $100.00 administration fee.
Should circumstances occur where the Trainer is unable to provide the service that the student has contracted to they will be refunded all monies paid in full. You should inform all students that lost statements of attainment can be replaced; for a fee and will require the student to confirm their name and produce a photo ID when requesting the replacement certificate through their Trainer.
The trainer may accept payment of no more than $1000 from each individual student prior to the commencement of the course. Following course commencement, the Trainer may require payment of additional fees in advance from the student but only such that at any given time the total amount required to be paid which is attributable to tuition or other services yet to be delivered to the student does not exceed $1,500.
